🔹 General

Playbatz is an innovative game designed to enhance reflexes and hand-eye coordination. It combines strategic gameplay with fast-paced action to provide a fun and challenging experience for all skill levels.
Players place a bat on their opponent’s side of the table and take turns serving the ball, aiming to hit the bat. Shots must be made with an upward trajectory, and points are scored when an opponent fails to return a shot.
You need a Playbatz set, which includes the bats, balls, and a table. The setup is simple, and the game can be played indoors or outdoors.

🔹 Gameplay & Rules

Points are scored when the opponent cannot return a shot in play. For the final point, the ball must hit the bat and cannot be returned by the opponent. Points are accumulated until a player reaches the designated game point (11 or 21, depending on the game length).
Playbatz offers a long-form game (22 points) and a short-form game (12 points). Both formats provide unique challenges and opportunities for strategic play.
While Playbatz is designed for two players, you can practice your reflexes by using a wall or a rebounder. For the full experience, playing with a partner is recommended.

🔹 Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express).
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing and shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at admin@playbatz.com with your order number. We're happy to assist you.

🔹 Returns & Refund

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition. See our full policy here.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we verify the returned product and approve the request.

You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes due to the automated production workflow.
